Your Sister’s Sister
Do yourself a favor, and get your behinds into the nearest theater to see this gem of a film from director Lynn Shelton. It’s a smart slice of film. With seriously the wittiest dialogue, much of which was improvised, a testament to the skills these actors possess. Also, it did something that I love most in film. Take a handful of fully fleshed out and realistic characters and then place them in solitary confinement. It creates this beautiful microcosmic and cinematic oasis and totally boosts the reality and believability of the situation and conflicts as they unfold on screen.
Go see it. Do it. Love it. And laugh.
